About
Wedding Photo Collector exists because the best guest photos are often the hardest ones to gather afterward. The product keeps that task simple, private, and easy to explain.

Story
Wedding Photo Collector started as a practical fix for my own wedding. Guests were already taking brilliant candid photos, but getting them afterward meant chasing messages, social posts, and camera rolls.
After retraining as a software engineer, I built a small version for our day: one private place where guests could upload from their phones and we could keep the moments that would otherwise be scattered everywhere.
The app is still shaped by that first use case. It avoids unnecessary ceremony and focuses on the pieces couples actually need: a guest link, a QR code, review controls, and original downloads.
A QR code and a browser upload flow are easier to explain than another app, account, or shared drive.
The gallery is built around the practical work after the wedding: review, organize, and download originals.
Wedding photos should feel personal, so access starts with an invite link and can be protected with a password.
